PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Information about personal data processed when you visit the Docktre website or contact us by email.

1. Scope and operator

This document concerns visits to docktre.com's informational pages and inquiries sent by email. Processing of order, delivery, or other customer data in the contracted warehouse service needs to be addressed separately in the applicable service agreement and notices.

  • Operator's legal or business name: 빅로드
  • Official privacy officer or department: to be confirmed
  • Privacy contact email: [email protected]
  • Effective date: to be set after operational details are confirmed

2. Personal data and purposes

Email inquiries

The website's email button opens your email app. Clicking it does not send an inquiry. When you send an email, your sender address and information in the message or attachments are delivered to the recipient.

  • Data: sender email address, inquiry details, and any name, company name, or contact details you provide.
  • Purposes: reviewing and answering inquiries; discussing implementation, demos, and integrations.
  • Collection method: emails you send directly.
  • Legal basis: to be confirmed for each inquiry type.

Please provide only information needed for your inquiry. Passwords, national identification numbers, and real customers' order or delivery data are not needed.

Website visits

The current website has no registration or inquiry submission form. Its code does not install visitor analytics tools or advertising tracking cookies. However, hosting and external font requests may involve processing connection information such as an IP address or browser details. The exact data and retention periods require confirmation with the services below.

3. Retention and deletion

Email retention periods, the criteria for closing an inquiry, and deletion procedures require operational confirmation. No unverified retention period is stated here.

The final policy must specify the retention period for inquiries; any legally required retention, its basis, data, and duration; and deletion procedures for mailboxes, attachments, and backups.

4. External services, processors, and international transfers

The following external services are identifiable from the website. Requests for external resources and processing on behalf of the operator may have different legal roles, which must be confirmed against actual contracts and practices.

  • Cloudflare Pages: website hosting and delivery. Log fields, retention, contractual roles, and processing countries remain to be confirmed.
  • Google Fonts and jsDelivr: font and stylesheet delivery. Your browser requests these resources directly, which may disclose network connection information to those servers.
  • Email service: provider, storage locations, retention, and processor arrangements remain to be confirmed.

The final policy must describe applicable third-party disclosures, processing arrangements, and international transfers, including recipients, purposes, data, periods, and required transfer details. Browser settings can restrict cookies or external requests. Blocking external fonts may cause the site to use fallback fonts.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Requests through an authorized representative may require verification of that authority. Legal restrictions or retention duties may apply.

For requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights, email [email protected]. You may use “Privacy request” as the subject line.

6. Safeguards and complaints

The final policy must describe safeguards actually in use, including access management, account security, secure transmission, and storage and deletion procedures. Email account and internal operational safeguards cannot be verified from the website code and still require confirmation.

For information about privacy complaints and dispute resolution in Korea, visit the official Privacy Portal.

7. Changes to this policy

The finalized policy will state its effective date. Changes and their effective dates will be published on this page. This is a draft with no effective date or finalized previous version.
